Exhibition: Cosmos

Interpreting the outer space as a not-yet civilized land full of undiscovered mysteries, the mankind has been building up fictive narratives around it and juxtaposing our familiar objects to this imagined universe. The exhibition title Cosmos implies microscopic as well as macroscopic views of the universe through the undefined creative productions such as documenting the imaginary views, projecting them onto the human body or mimicking relevant bodily gestures.
The sound is the key element which connects the different works in Cosmos. It enriches the perception of the visual elements at the exhibition, while stimulating the viewer's reconstruction of the unshown things from the invisible range. Through "viewing" or "listening to" the sound, the audience is invited to actively experience the exhibition Cosmos – the outlook on the universe from another point of view.
